Technical and service specialist with German


Profession characteristics:
  • Receives and responds to customers enquiries
  • Provides presales and aftersales support
  • Informs customers about products and services provided by the company
  • Has deep knowledge about overall products assortment and services portfolio
  • Independently solves basic customers problems and complaints
  • Analyses and records information about enquiry content
  • Ensures the service support to the customers
  • Provides complete communication between company and dealers, or end users, including administrative works related
  • Has high degree of communication skills and is customer-oriented

Position requierements:
  • Secondary school education or university degree
  • Active knowledge of German at the level of native speaker and at least communicative knowledge of English
  • Communicativeness
  • Frankness
  • Customer orientation
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Ability to quickly focus in unusual situations and problems
  • Ability to work under time and emotional pressure
  • Computer literacy at the level of advanced user
