What the position includes:
- Every day comunication with customers in Hebrew and English – booking flights, helping with check-in…
- Answering guestions and help with problem solwing via mail, phone, chat
- Work with internal resources to answer customer issues
- Work with a loyalty program for customers
- Full home office option
What is needed for this position:
- Advanced Hebrew (B2-C1)
- Communicative English (B2)
- Strong ability to solve problems
- Good comunication skills
- Previous experience with costumer support is an advantage
