CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR AIRLINES WITH HEBREW



Do you speak Hebrew fluently and also comunication in English isn‘t problem for you? Come and use both and work in airlines environment!
What the position includes:
  • Every day comunication with customers in Hebrew and English – booking flights, helping with check-in…
  • Answering guestions and help with problem solwing via mail, phone, chat
  • Work with internal resources to answer customer issues
  • Work with a loyalty program for customers
  • Full home office option

What is needed for this position:
  • Advanced Hebrew (B2-C1)
  • Communicative English (B2)
  • Strong ability to solve problems
  • Good comunication skills
  • Previous experience with costumer support is an advantage
