Investment Operations Office worker
For our multinational client we are looking for fresh graduates or young professionals, who are interested in Finance and would like to get experience in this field and boost their career. The job role:
- Meeting deadlines, to ensure the completion of daily tasks in a timely manner
- Ensure information is communicated effectively to necessary parties and in a timely manner for speed resolution
- To maintain records to ensure the investment process is transparent to regulators and external auditors regarding Breach and reconciliation recording.
- Analyse and collect data, maintain relevant and robust documented procedures
We need:
- Fluent English (at least B2)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical thinking and focus on detail
- Interest in financial field
- Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage
- Excellent organisational, administration and time management skills
- Extend knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills
