Logistics Transport Specialist - Air/Ocean

International Logistics-focused company is currently expanding and looking for new people to join their team. They are very well established on global market and are looking for multiple people for both AIR and OCEAN departments.
Ensuring comprehensive ocean/air transport of goods – import & export.
 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Planning and ordering transport abroad and in Czech Republic – import & export.
• Communication with the customer from the beginning of transport to successful delivery.
• Focus either on AIR or OCEAN transport (depending on your experience & motivation)
• Coordination and subsequent monitoring of loading, transport and unloading, including customs matters.
• Resolving any complications.
• Providing the necessary documentation, administration, reporting and related invoicing.
• Cooperation with approved subcontractors.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum High School/University degree
• Confidence and openness in communication with customers & suppliers - by phone or email, in both, Czech and English language.
• Previous experience working with MS Office - we will teach you any other specific software
• Ability to take control
• Willingness to learn new things.
• Previous experience in the field of sea and air transport will be an advantage
