Key Responsibilities:
• Payroll for approx. 400 staff in Czech Republic
• Providing day-to-day support, coordination and coaching to the team of 2 colleagues
• Identify optimization and automation areas for each process
• Act as an escalation point for payroll, time & attendance, benefits issues
Requirements:
• Knowledge on Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits Administration
• Fluency in English and Czech: Strong communication skills in both languages are essential
• Knowledge on Processes and HR Systems / Tools, EuHReka advantage
• Leadership and Team Orientation
