For international company based in Ceske Budejovice I look for new employees!



Key responsibilities:

• Billing of incoming invoices


• Processing of bank statements


• Preparation of payment orders


• Accounting of internal documents


• Printing and sending reminders for overdue invoices


• Issuance of invoices


• Daily communication with foreign branches



Requirements:

• Education in economical field


• English at a communicative level  (another language is an advantage - French, Italian, German, Spanish,...)


• Knowledge of MS Office

• Home office (1-2 days per week is recommended to be in the office, the rest days you can work from home)
