Customer Service Representative with ENG

Job description:


• providing support to customers
• answering questions, problem solving and accepting orders
• maintaining strong relationships with customers
• taking care and control of the customer's account
• preparation of correspondence and meeting of customer needs to his satisfaction


We require:


• C1 or native English + optional C1 or native German/French/Polish/Finnish
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• experience with customer service
• organizational and planning skills
• Secondary education
