REGIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCESS OWNER- full remote option


Do you like challenges? Do you want to participate in the creation of a new project? Do you have a degree in international business or experience in international customer service?
I am looking for an experienced candidate who will be responsible for improving and building customer service processes.
Initially, the position requires a presence at the branch in South Bohemia, min. 3 days a week, after training there is the possibility to perform this position almost full remote.
Key responsibilities:

• responsibility for improving and building customer service processes for international customers

• implementation of services

• responsible for customer service operations to run smoothly and efficiently and meet targets

• future participation in recruitment, training, and team development processes

• supporting team members in solving more complex problems

• participation in meetings with key customers

Requirements:

• experience in customer service / back office from an international company or education in the field of international trade or a related field

• EN - very good knowledge - daily use (meetings, presentations in a foreign language); another foreign language is an advantage

• knowledge of the SAP program

• excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• practice with staff management is a big advantage
