Key Responsibilities:

• Office and Administrative Support: Be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring seamless administrative efficiency.

• Handle Postal and Courier Services: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages with precision and care.

• Organize Travel, Maintenance, and Office Supplies: Streamline our daily operations by coordinating travel arrangements, overseeing office maintenance, and managing supplies efficiently.

• Office Management Experience: Previous experience in office management or administration is a strong asset.

• Fluency in English and Czech: Strong communication skills in both languages are essential.

• Organized, Smiley, and Positive Attitude: Bring a cheerful demeanor and a can-do attitude to our team.

• Proficiency in MS Office: Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office applications.
