Due to increasing number of projects, we are looking for a new colleague to HR department for an international company in České Budejovice.
Your responsibilities will include recruiting for administrative positions, communicating with team leaders / managers, participating in onboarding and training of newcomers.
Key responsibilities:
• Recruitment (interviews, communication with agencies, active candidate search)
• Onboarding
• Training and arranging medical examinations for employees
• Employment law administration (contract creation, management, termination, etc.)
• Reporting
Position Requirements:
• Experience in HR / recruitment
• Communicative English and Czech (minimum B2) - used on a daily basis (foreign employees, interviews in English, etc.)
• Strong communication skills
