HR Compensation Analyst (m/ž) - FULL REMOTE

I am currently recruiting for a position in global HR team as a Compensation Analyst.
You will be part of the Global Compensation team, overseeing the strategy, management, and development of compensation programs and initiatives.
In this role, you will help the global team ensure that compensation practices are effective, work on international projects, and have responsibilities including:
Key responsibilities:
• Working on global projects
• Managing job architecture, conducting audits for new employees and positions
• Evaluating and implementing job analysis materials
• Conducting job analyses (internal comparisons, market comparisons, etc.)
• Data analysis related to compensation (salaries benchmarked against competitors, cost analysis, budgeting, etc.)
• Comparing job positions with market data, surveys, and ensuring appropriate compensation
• Supporting bonus payouts and merit evaluations, providing analyses for management, and more...
Position Requirements:
• English - communicative
• HR experience
• MS Excel - advanced
• Experience in compensation is a significant advantage
