ABOUT THE ROLE
The key objective for this role is to develop and manage client and candidate relationships to generate and maximize profits in Permanent Recruitment.
Key responsibilities: 

•    Map the local market and create a list of potential clients for the development of the company
•    Actively participate in client meetings, present Adecco's PR services to promote Adecco's image
•    Continuously seek opportunities to further develop 
•    Independently implement assigned or acquired recruitment projects
•    Prepare offers or commercial terms and conditions for recruitment projects
•    Actively seek and approach suitable and quality candidates
•    Present candidates to clients and arrange interview dates
•    To build and maintain a database of candidates to ensure clients' requirements and needs are met quickly.
•    Regularly enter and update information on sales activities in the system
•    Maintain positive and long term relationships with candidates
•    Actively work to resolve claims with own clients for unpaid PR invoices
•    Prepare data/reports on own activities and KPI performance
•    Mentor junior consultants and share best practice with them
•    Represent the company at trade exhibitions, job fairs, recruitment events, etc.
•    Other add-hoc tasks
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO GET THIS JOB? 

•    University degree in Economics, Business, HR
•    1 year of experience in a similar position in recruitment agency is preferred
•    Experience in "Executive search" is a great advantage   
•    Independence, responsibility, multitasking
•    Excellent communication and argument skills
•    MS Office
•    English at a communicative level 
•    Driving licensee B - active driver
